Who we are
Big Print Puzzles is published by Oneplexo Software Solutions ("we", "us"). Contact: info@oneplexo.com.
What stays on your phone
- Your settings (colours, text size, vibration and similar).
- Your games in progress, how many puzzles you have finished, and which daily puzzles you have completed.
Puzzles are generated on your phone. We do not run a server for this app, so we never receive this information. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it, and we cannot recover it for you.
Ads
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: a banner on menu and puzzle screens, a short ad after every few finished puzzles, and an optional video if you ask for an extra hint. To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and your interactions with ads. This happens through Google's software in the app, not through us.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and some other regions, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before requesting ads. You can review or change your choice later in Settings → Ad privacy choices (shown where required).
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
What we do not do
- No accounts, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or location.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not currently use analytics or crash-reporting tools. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
Children
Big Print Puzzles is not designed for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your choices and rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. You can delete everything on your phone by uninstalling the app, and manage ad choices as described above. For any privacy question, write to info@oneplexo.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR) you may have additional rights, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
