Who we are
Postora is published by Oneplexo Software Solutions ("we", "us"). You can contact us at info@oneplexo.com.
What stays on your phone
- Your saved posts (design, caption, hashtags) and edits.
- Your Brand Kit: brand name, brand colour and logo. Your logo is never uploaded.
- A randomly generated install ID (explained below) and simple app settings.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of this. We cannot recover it for you.
What is sent to our server to create a post
When you tap Generate, the app sends:
- the text you typed (your prompt), the platform, size and tone you picked;
- your brand name and brand colour, if you set them, and whether you have a logo (a yes/no flag, not the image);
- your random install ID and a one-time code that proves you watched a rewarded ad.
If your prompt contains a web address, our server visits that page to read its title, description and main headings so the design can match that brand.
Our server passes this information to Google's Gemini API, which generates the design and caption, and returns the result to your phone. We do not store your prompts or the generated results on our servers. Google processes the request under its own terms and privacy policy.
What our server does store
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Random install ID with a daily count of generations | Prevent abuse and control costs | About 7 days |
| Records that Google confirmed you watched a rewarded ad (one-time code, install ID, Google's transaction ID, ad unit, time) | Check that a video was actually watched, once | About 2 days |
| Technical request data (such as IP address and timestamps) handled by our hosting provider, Cloudflare | Deliver the service, rate-limit abusive traffic, keep it secure | Per Cloudflare's standard retention |
The install ID is a random number created on your phone. It is not linked to your name, email or phone number. Clean-up runs periodically, so old records may stay a little longer than the times above.
Ads
Postora shows rewarded video ads using Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. This happens through Google's SDK, not through our server.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and some other regions, Postora asks for your consent through Google's consent form before requesting ads. You can review or change your choice later in Settings → Ad privacy choices (shown where required).
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Photos and files
If you choose a logo, Android's photo picker shares only the picture you select. When you download a post, Postora saves the PNG to your gallery. Postora does not read the rest of your photos.
What we do not do
- No accounts, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or precise location.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not currently use analytics or crash-reporting tools. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
Children
Postora is not designed for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us.
Your choices and rights
Because we hold only an anonymous install ID, we usually cannot tie data to a person. You can delete everything on your phone by uninstalling the app, manage ad choices as described above, and contact us at info@oneplexo.com with any privacy question or request. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to or restrict its use; where these apply we will help as far as we reasonably can. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Where data is processed
Google and Cloudflare operate worldwide, so information may be processed in countries other than your own, under their own safeguards.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
