1. The service
Postora is an Android app, published by Oneplexo Software Solutions, that uses artificial intelligence to create social-media graphics and captions from text you provide. We may change, suspend or end any part of the app at any time.
2. Using Postora
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to enter into these terms.
- You are responsible for what you type into the app and for how you use the results.
- You must not use Postora to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or that targets or exploits others, and you must not try to misuse, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the app, its limits or its ads.
- You must follow the rules of the platform where you post (for example Instagram, Facebook or Threads).
3. AI-generated content
Designs and captions are produced by AI, can contain mistakes, may be similar to content created for other users, and may not be suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every post, checking facts, prices, dates and claims, and making sure you have the right to use any names, logos, trademarks or images that appear. Postora does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. See our AI content policy for how to report a problem.
4. Your content and results
You keep ownership of the text you provide and, as between you and us, you may use the posts you create for personal or business purposes, subject to the law and to the rights of others. Downloaded images include a small "Made with Postora" mark, which you should not remove or hide. By generating content you give us and our providers permission to process your input to deliver the service, as described in the privacy policy.
5. Ads and limits
Postora is free and supported by ads. To create a post you may be asked to watch a short rewarded video. We may set daily limits, and we may refuse or stop requests that look like abuse. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content.
6. Intellectual property
The Postora app, name, logo and design belong to Oneplexo Software Solutions and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your device. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Disclaimers
Postora is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any results from posting content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oneplexo Software Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Postora. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
You can stop using Postora at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using Postora after an update, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
